Rebecca Andersen
Rebecca Andersen is the General Manager, Head of Legal & Compliance, Legal & Compliance of Hengyi Industries International Pte. Ltd., an international commodity trading company in Singapore. She is a director in one of the companies in the Hengyi Group. She is an Energy, Maritime and International Trade lawyer and a certified sanctions specialist who advises on the global sanctions regimes. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws from Wales and a Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London and University College London. Rebecca started her career practising law with the Global Ernst & Young Law. Rebecca is also an accredited arbitrator.

Shiara Mutukisna
Shiara Mutukisna is Head of Legal and Compliance and Data Privacy Officer, for Roche Diagnostics APAC. She has over 20 years experience in leading Legal, Compliance and Risk functions of global organizations across the APAC region, in the Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices industries. Shiara has built compliance programs from the ground up, including developing the organizational infrastructure of the function and the individual skill development of compliance professionals. Shiara has created and managed local and regional corporate compliance programs and initiated projects including performing complex investigations, and other structural elements of a Corporate Compliance Program. Shiara is also a Privacy expert, who advises on European and APAC privacy regulations.

Geraldine Lim
Geraldine Lim is currently SVP, Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance at Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pacific. She has more than 20 years experience in legal, risk and compliance at various Singapore listed and MNCs previously and has managed high profile litigation and arbitration in the Asia Pacific region. She was a director of various companies in the Asia Pacific Region including Malaysia listed Heineken Malaysia Bhd. She was listed in The Legal 500 SEA GC Powerlist in 2017 and 2019.

Ewan Stoddart
Originally from the UK, Ewan has spent +20 years in audit and risk roles across the commercial and financial services sectors. Working for EY, Insurance Australia Group, and currently Roche Pharmaceuticals, Ewan has been involved in both building and challenging governance and assurance frameworks, while experiencing first hand the positive impact sustainable organisations can have on the local and global community. Now based in Australia, Ewan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Professional Member of the Institute of Internal Audit (PMIIA).

Shulin Tay
Shulin is the Chief Compliance, Legal and Risk Officer at Sentbe, a leading global provider of foreign exchange total solutions.
She began her career as an Air Traffic Controller for the RSAF. In 2013, she pivoted to law and finance, focussing on strategic planning and execution of compliance programmes, leading enterprise-wide regulatory projects and driving change management initiatives at JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Mastercard. In 2019, Shulin began her start-up adventure as a Senior Legal Counsel at Revolut.
At Sentbe and Revolut, Shulin helps to secure the necessary licences and authorisations to operate in various jurisdictions and provides practical and innovative solutions in support of global product launches.
Shulin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor Degree from the George Washington University Law School. She is also a member of the New York State Bar.

Sara D'Anzeo
Sara D'Anzeo is the Business Engagement Specialist at UNDP FairBiz, a project funded by the UK Government, which aims to promote a fair business environment in ASEAN. She is responsible for engaging with the private sector and strengthen partnerships with businesses to advance governance, transparency, and sustainable business practices. She currently leads the Diversity & Inclusion Platform and is involved in several initiatives to advance gender equality and inclusion in the business ecosystem.
She is an Italian-American professional that brings over 12 years of expertise in research and development in international trade both in the non-profit & private sector. Before joining UNDP, Sara covered regional and national managerial roles of commercial development in private multinationals in USA, Europe and South-East Asia. She also led the trade office of the Italian American Chamber of Commerce of Southeast USA where she developed many projects from inception to execution and contributed to fostering trade and development cooperation.
She has a Master’s degree in Law from Macerata University, Italy with final thesis on Comparative Law completed at the University of Miami School of Law, Florida.

Matthew Orr
Mathew is a UK-qualified barrister with 18 years of private and public sector experience, including stints at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority and Serious Fraud Office. Throughout his career, he has advised individuals and corporate clients on matters connected to business crime and workplace misconduct, related compliance and regulatory issues, and resulting litigation. He has extensive experience of carrying out investigations and responding to those being conducted by law enforcement agencies and regulators, which he draws upon in his current role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Neha Bhargava
Neha is the head of Know Your Customer (KYC) for Goldman Sachs Singapore and the deputy head of KYC in the Asia Pacific. Neha has over 16 years of experience at Goldman Sachs with more than 10 years in the financial crime compliance and anti-money laundering space.
Neha is responsible for client identification, enhanced due diligence, strategic enhancements, and regulatory audits, and provides advice for KYC-related issues in the region. Before joining the Compliance team, Neha was the Head of the Prime Brokerage cash management operations team.
Neha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University.

Brett Chabot
Mr. Chabot was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Ripon College in 1997, and then earned a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2004. Mr. Chabot earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 2004. Prior to working for the FBI, Mr. Chabot worked as a Managing Accountant for Deloitte & Touche from 2004 through 2009.
Mr. Chabot entered on duty as a Special Agent (SA) of the FBI on October 25, 2009. From 2009 - 2017, Mr. Chabot was assigned to the Miami Division, where he worked Securities Fraud, Corporate Fraud, Money Laundering, Public Corruption, Bank Robberies, and Cyber investigations focusing on computer intrusions and fraud. Mr. Chabot earned several accolades from the Department of Justice for his work on fraud and money laundering investigations, including Law Enforcement Officer of the Year awards in 2013, 2014 and 2017.
While in Miami, Mr. Chabot lead the FBI’s Evidence Response Team for several years. In this role, Mr. Chabot lead units on hundreds of different search warrants on all types of investigations, including counter-terrorism, counter-intelligence, drug trafficking, bank robberies, hate crimes, and mass casualty incidents. Mr. Chabot has responded to numerous mass shootings and large crime scenes to collect and preserve evidence for later admission during court proceedings. Due to years of service in this response role, Mr. Chabot has testified in criminal court proceedings over 50 times.
In 2017, Mr. Chabot was promoted to Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) at FBI Headquarters, within the International Operations Division, where he had responsibility over FBI Legal Attaché Offices in Asia. In 2018, SSA Chabot served as Unit Chief of International Operations Division’s Asia Unit, leading a team of 50 personnel assigned to various locations in Asia. Mr. Chabot has deployed on numerous international assignments at U.S. embassies in Manila, Seoul, Beijing and Bangkok. Mr. Chabot received the FBI Director’s Award for his role in the response to the Easter Sunday bombings in Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2019.
Mr. Chabot reported to Singapore as Assistant Legal Attaché in July 2020. He is married and has two children.

Sungyong Kang
Sungyong Kang, an S.J.D. (Ph.D. in Law equivalent) and Esq., is working as a Criminal Intelligence Officer at the INTERPOL Financial Crime and Anti-Corruption Center where his main duty is to coordinate the international cooperation to trace, freeze/seize and confiscate the criminal proceeds. Prior to joining the INTERPOL, he worked as a researcher and an adjunct professor at the Korea National Police University where he focused on the financial crime exploiting new technologies, such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Metaverse, etc. Before then, he was an investigator of Korea National Police Agency, and he successfully investigated diverse high profile financial crimes leading his team to be awarded as the best investigation team in Seoul.
Sungyong Kang is an author of many legal researches published by renowned international journals including International & Comparative Law Quarterly (Cambridge University Press), Michigan Journal of International Law (forthcoming, Michigan Law School), etc. He is also a frequent speaker at the conferences organized by respected international entities including FATF, UNTOC, Basel Institute on Governance, EUROPOL and INTERPOL, etc.

Liliya Barchuk
Liliya Barchuk is a Head of Anti-bribery and Corruption Centre of Excellence Asia at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. She is leading the team of experienced subject matter experts who are developing Group anti-bribery and corruption policies, overseeing country anti-bribery and corruption programs across Asia, providing complex advisory and internal investigations. She started her career with KPMG in the Netherlands, then joined the compliance function of multinational miners BHP and South32.
In addition to a heavy lifting of fighting financial crime, her passion for developing young talents in a workplace she fulfils though championing mentoring and coaching programs. For her contribution Liliya was selected in top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in 2020.
